Reddy Realty Holdings was started in 1991 with a goal of acquiring under-performing assets, and improving the value of the assets for the company. Since then, we are consistently meeting the goals, with expansion of services to outside investors. In 1992, RRH started Property Management services to assist the investors, to increase the value of the property. In 1995, RRH expanded the Real Estate Advisory services for acquisitions, management and disposition of commercial real estate.

Prior Acquisitions :

• A 20,000sq.ft B-class building in Centennial, CO area in January 1992.
• An Office complex of 60,000sq.ft. in October 1992.
• An office building of 115,000sq.ft in Downtown Denver in March 1994.
• Negotiated an office building of about 30,000sq.ft. for an independent group of investors in March 1995. This was sold at 100% profit within 2yrs.
• Medical building of 50,000sq.ft. for an out-of-town group of investors in 1998.
• Reddy Plaza, an A-class 50,000sq.ft office building in September 2003.
